Biografia

Adam Turnbull is an artist and designer based in New York. Adam divides his time between his art practice and Land-line projects (his studio practice). Landline is home for illustration, branding, digital, printed matter and publishing projects. Adam’s art takes interest in American minimalism and human interaction with space and change.

Adam uses the internet as a platform for personal art and design projects like Ten Cent Dime, A sometimes weekly blog documenting life's moments and Ideas for public domain, a website set up to release ideas in to the public domain.

In 2010 Adam’s work was recognised by the Australian Graphic Design Association receiving a distinction and in 2013 Adam received two awards in the Applied Arts Illustration awards. His work has been featured in various online and print publications and Adam has exhibited art and design in Sydney, New York, London, Rome, Paris and Montreal.

Adam sees working on many different projects and mediums as a way to keep ideas flowing. A way to not be limited by execution or resolution and to channel ideas and inspiration into art and design practices.
