Biografia
Darin M. White is an artist, independent curator, art consultant and arts advocate based in Lawrence, Kansas. With his wife Shannon White, a painter and arts advocate they founded b.a.l.m. | beauty, art & life movement in 2007. His hope and desire is to continue to work as a catalysis on art productions, curations, writing and events to encourage and promote art and artists as well as his own work, searching for ways of exploring and communicating about life and important revelations through art.
In addition to producing his own artwork for public and private settings, White consults other artists, galleries, museums, architects, designers and collectors on special projects, events, art productions, curations, exhibit design and fabrication. Ideas are central to his work, but object and design are ever present. White is very involved in the local community in Lawrence, KS and close by Kansas City, MO. He shows regionally, nationally and internationally.
