BIOGRAPHY
Mia Eve Rollow is a drawer, sculptor, performance and installation artist. Her work focuses on the off-balance of humanities body and how it relates to its environment. Mia received her Bachelors in Art from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Sculpture at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She endured a sever automobile accident when she was attending graduate school suffering a spinal cord injury and returned within seven months uniting healing, survival, life, and art into one. She recently moved to Chiapas, Mexico with her partner and collaborator Caleb Duarte to re-discover today´s arts potential in transforming situations of tragedy into opportunities for healing.
