Biografia
Donna Todd is a photographer based in Melbourne Australia.
She is drawn to in-depth documentary projects with broad human scope, but what always remains most important is the individual picture, where some 'soul' is peeking through. She explores‚ the human condition and emotion, through photography. “Photography is a small voice, but sometimes a photo or a group of them can lure people into an awareness where there was none before it.”
She also writes her own stories to go with her photographic essays and hopes that through her photojournalistic contribution, she may bridge understanding and compassion for those whose lives are alien to our own.
Especially of concern is world poverty; and
People living in remote cultures that have had little contact with the western world.
