Giovanna Lanna
Born in 1987, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
Bachelor of Film and Master in Fine Arts Photography from the New York Film Academy, she already had her work exhibited at important international festivals such as "La Art Walk" (Los Angeles) and the "Crosstalk Video Art Festival" (Budapest), and exhibit in national and international galleries in cities such as London, Los Angeles, New York, among others. Had selected their projects and published in books: "Artists Wanted: Exposure book" (2012) and "International Contemporary Artists", Vol VI (2013) and in renowned magazines such as:. 'Pure "(2010)," E-View "(2013) and" Twent Magazine "(2013). He is currently responsible for the first contemporary art gallery in Ouro Preto, MG, Inverso Contemporary Art, which he founded in 2013.
Her works merge from video art, collage, installation and photography, always exploring alternative methods with a conceptual and provocative language.
