Biography
Guido Marchesi was born in Ferrara on March, 31 st, 1950.He is fond of music, of books, a great traveller both of places and souls, he has met the most diverse situations and places, becoming rich in emotions, colours, sounds and values.
All this comes out of his paintings, which Vittorio Sgarbi has defined as “sweet metaphysics”.His works cover different fields, and so we find his famous Cars, Guardrails, Rhinoceros, the Time Guardians,
the Thieves of Dreams, the Decorated for Valour, the Trees, the Boats...There are many of his admirers also abroad, in fact, some of his works are present in private collections in the USA, Japan, Holland, France, Germany, Austria, Malta, Turkey, Great Britain, Belgium, Dubai, Australia.
