Biografia
A Sculptural-painter, I have a yearning to express the experience of the human condition visually using diverse materials. Using irreverant humour as a tool for communication is important in my practise, as in the current society there is a struggle of connection - meaning humour is the only way to puncture this. Another reason is to deflate the media-spread baroque drama which has now in-turn created all kinds of labelling in terms of psychological disorders. Due to having a Bsc in Psychology previous to my BA, it means the focal point in my work tends to be an attempt to discover and understand humanity at it's current state. I want to reflect what is happening through an intuitive and emotive sense as well as mock it to show the absurdity of life as a whole.
