This is very nice and peaceful composition. I like especially the hair; it must quite thick, isn’t it?

The first comment was wirtten by me, not by Christiane Bernreuther herself. She was logged in under her name when she showed me her work. Then I wrote the comment, not knowing that she was still logged in. Computers can be very bad to you, once you have accepted cookies :-) Well, at least now you all know that I love the painting!

Finally somebody who CAN paint! Oil on canvas is still one of the most demanding techniques. This painting is beautiful. I'd love to see the original.
