The worldwide first „Art Mall for international contemporary Art“ starts at the Independent Art Fair B.AGL ART afFAIRs 2013 at the Berliner Postbahnhof from 18.-22.9.2013 during „Berlin Art Week“. Initiated by Ada de Boer, an internationally active art agent and curator from Cuba and Miami and exhibitor in Berlin, a new show of international young art shall arise.
Ada de Boer wants to challenge the elitist art fairs, where only gallery-selected art is shown.
„All artists, especially international and younger ones, should have a real chance to show themselves live to an interested audience – without dictation by incrusted structures“, she describes her new approach for „Art from All for All“.
She declares further: „Even international artists don`t have the money to rent big space, costs for transportation and and custom raise the costs further. At the free and only by contributions of the participants financed art fair B.AGL ART afFAIRs 2013 there shall be created another platform by a new model for costs. For that i have booked a big space and offer that each artist can exhibit a picture for a small technical flat rate for 99 Euro for each piece – as big as he wants, as much as he can. As a result there will emerge an exciting INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY ART MALL , which shows a big scope of worldwide art. Artists, who are already registered at the B.AGL ART afFAIRs, can show one item for free at the B.AGL ART MALL. Furthermore the participating artists don`t have to be present personally.“ Additional details or applications under info@bagl-artists.de, Subject: B.AGL ART MALL – or online:
