Pedro Carta shows his latest works, exposing for the first time in Italy. Complex artist who seeks balances of soul in artistic compositions straddling pure painting and graphic art. In his works there is a lot of graphic design's culture, but also of street art: silhouettes, reminiscent stancils and murals or graphics that recall '80s pop culture. And then patterns, symbols, typography.
Exhibition at Space Ginko, the latest works, in 2013 (who lived between New York and Rome), in which it denotes growth and evolution of the artistic language that brings Pedro from representing natural shapes and mystical, mixed with graphic symbols and fonts, to the experimentation of pop styles taken from the music industry of the years 80s and 90s.
