The 'planet' MArte (International Concept Store), Friday, February 5, 2016, at 19.30, at MCasa gallery, in 275/277 Cagliari, Oristano, presents the appointment of February entitled 'PIN', with staff Artists DavidePilia and GiovanniPaddeu, the design works of the company Record Collection 'The Cut', and company Iperdimensionesione.

The project MArte presents the third event entitled 'PIN' (English: Needle) needle pricking that awakens the viewer from the torpor of everyday life, making him see the world in a different spirit (after all it is not one of the purposes of art ?). MArte, perfect setting and precious in his wealth is not flaunted, designed with elegance and warmth to accompany visitors on a journey always new and special to the discovery of the "beautiful" multidimensional, without barriers, the art of Pilia blends of other distinguishing features , and the 'grilled' by Paddeu, in an embrace unique. Iglesias was born in 1973, lives and works in Rome.
Graphic designer? Photographer? No! Davide Pilia is a true 'painter', in fact, more painter of modern artists! His deep passion for visual communication transmitted to him by his father, a self-taught, with a great hunger for knowledge led him to important national findings (between Milan and Rome), from graphics to advertising campaigns, from photography to design advertising. All this led him beyond simple definitions and abused: he skipped the dilapidated fences sector, becoming pure art. In this, it has had a big help from the study of still life photography, which allowed him to find the spark to express his personal way of understanding light. For him, it is through the shadow, everything takes shape and volume. The artist is totally the 'creator' of his shots starting from the creation of the subjects and objects to be photographed (textiles, clothing, swords, cages, reliquary etc etc etc ...) until you get to the real snap, often made out of nothing the photo sets used. Some of the works on display are part of a work on the deadly sins entitled "Seven-7 deadly sins", seven jobs printed with special techniques at very high resolution, leaving the viewer displaced by asking a multitude of questions about being human. The other works, treating social issues of great relevance. In fact, in his shots, Pilia, is the everyday, underlining the more raw with its social complaints, leaving the audience breathless, as if he had suffered a punch to the stomach. Housed in MArte, perfect setting and precious in his wealth is not flaunted, designed with elegance and warmth to accompany visitors on a journey always new and special to the discovery of the "beautiful" multidimensional, without barriers, the art of Pilia melts at other distinguishing features, in an embrace unique.

John Paddeu began working the workshop in his native country Mamoiada, where the value of tradition is seen as the basis of identity, on which to build the future. Sculptor creative, traditional and innovative at the same time, shifts his theme, continually since the creation of cycles and cycles, (in some cases creating real scale reproductions of the nineteenth century), the reinterpretation of traditional games Sardinians, who chooses as its symbol , through development and realization of stylized faces, with references to Pablo Picasso and Paul Cézanne in shape and coloring of the faces, with the inspiration of Julio Gonzalez in shaping the metal.
John with a meticulous work, has managed to carry the ability to model the iron, in art, in the complex as essential insight unite and mold lines and sheets, obtaining pure forms, free of tinsel and baroque embellishments, surpassing capable handicraft iron She is beaten, always forced, in formal creations.
Iron ancient material occurs naturally hidden in the stone, which has to be extracted, distilled, alchemic reminding us to know with imaginative landscapes, where beautiful sculptures of rock are crushed to obtain the essence, the iron "; material that has dictated, one of man's evolutionary changes, defining an "Era", which surely and quickly, spread the knowledge and the growth of the modern world.
Working this material for consumption is common practice, but making art is a challenge taken up only by artists such as Picasso, Gonzales, Gambo, Lanaro ... -
The artist focuses on the bend, cutting the twist, with articulated rhythmic and perfectly coordinated actions, which make the material art, celebrating the shape, the space, but leaving the iron recognizable without masking it, making his "Dreams in balance" , a stylish collaboration between art and matter
