The Caserm [...] rcheologica born from the experience started in 2012 with the project realized at the Micropiscina of Arezzo and the participation of some students in the class III D of the Liceo Scientifico di Sansepolcro and students of the painting course of the school RADAR SEARCH ART of Arezzo.
The exhibition / path intends to show the planning behind the work of art, with the aim of revealing the creative process and intellectual of contemporary artistic research.
The students were invited to test their skills through the writing of a notebook, over time become a repository of stories, thoughts, ideas and images, to try to trace a personal, expressive and motivated.
The non-place of Caserm [...] rcheologica, open to the public again, re-acquires an identity through the work of "young creatives", serving as a metaphor of the crisis and its overcoming.
Curators of the project are Ilaria Margaret and Enrique Moya Gonzalez, who followed their students with specific lessons and insights on topics of contemporary art.
Special guest of this second edition will be Alessandra Baldoni, an artist who has long worked on the contents of the memorial sites and that, on this occasion, will be exhibiting the photographic work not screw Distinguished Men.
Cristina Federica Villani and Casetti, their first collaboration, presenting instead their interpretation of the non-place, a location in the balance between architectural space vision and tactile memory.
The project Caserm [...] rcheologica weave his artistic proposal with that of the festival of contemporary theater Kilowatt, whose 11th edition is scheduled for July 20 to 27: one of the rooms of the former barracks will host an intervention of Maria Theresa Zingarello, which - in the period of the Festival - will realize an artistic action in Piazza Torre di Berta, a collective performance that will culminate Saturday, July 27.
"The empty house preserves the footprints of a lifetime, trapped between the abandonment and immobile time of silence.
The houses are empty as people, still, unchanging, deaf to changes in the dust waiting for the last hide forever. "(Ilaria Margaret)
The project aims to find a starting point to begin to react to a crisis that it takes property and frightened by its consequences, building on the shared artistic and aware, without neglecting introspective.
