My poem, "Behind closed windows", will be included in the anthology of the National Prize of Poetry Graffiti METROpolitani to which I participated, organized by the Cultural Association "Yowras Young Writers & Storytellers”.

Behind closed windows

Behind closed windows
hearts that palpitate
dormant wishes
the many if and the ma
smiles off
vain waits
look at the horizon
dreams of yesterday
hopes today
a look at the past
what is left
joy and amazement
wander and the first look
a mother who watches
she falls asleep tired
the hard work of the workshop
calloused hands
of those who cultivate the fields
who does not sleep
sleepless pray
those who suffer in silence
lost love cries
those who are desperate
a mourning just happened
who lies in a hospital bed
greet the sun's rays
windows from which to observe the world
the wet humid breath of a child
a writing on the glass: "Enjoy yourself"
viewers of a life film
that has no end
