FLOOR

With a play on the assonance of the words "floor" and " floreal",I have costructed these tiles,made of double satin ribbons,sewn with invisible stitches,with stylised forms of flowers and leaves.
Normally,ribbons are used and appreciated for their softness and fluidity;I wished to force them into a practically rigid structure,to represent something inarguably rigid,like tile paving.
