Lanting Xu

The Orchid Pavilion Preface - Lanting Xu (353 A.D.) - is the hightest masterpiece of Chinese calligraphy. The autograph original, written on horizontal side, disappeared with Emperor Tai Zhong, who kept it nearby also in the grave (649 A.D.).
