Well, a friend of mine wanted me to paint her a painting by Lorenzo Lippi called "Woman with a Mask". (The Female Gardener Holding a Mask or The Allegory of Simulation, painted about 1640).
Lorenzo Lippi was an Italian painter and poet. The most esteemed works of Lippi as a painter are a Crucifixion in the Uffizi gallery at Florence and a Triumph of David.
