Collabora dal 2006, come socio fondatore dell\rquote associazione artistica TRAARA, alla promozione e diffusione della cultura artistica nelle sue molteplici espressioni, allestendo mostre ed esponendo opere d\rquote arte nei centri storici di Albanella, Nocera Inferiore, Cannicchio, Pioppi, Acciaroli.\par Partecipa al PREMIO QUARTISSIMO 2009 - Premio Nazionale d\rquote Arte Contemporanea dal titolo \ldblquote Paesaggi di guerra\rdblquote aggiudicandosi il primo posto e una personale presso il Centro Museale QuARTissimo nella citt\'e0 di Quartu Sant\rquote Elena in Sardegna. I suoi lavori sono stati pubblicati in diversi cataloghi.\par \par \par Fernanda Quaglia was born in Scandiano, a small city in the region of Reggio Emila, Italy (RE) on July 11th, 1977 and already at the age of five she moved to Albanella, where here parents are from and where she still lives and works. Albanella is a small village not far away from Salerno, and very close to Peastum, one of the most exciting cultural cities established in the VII th Century b. C. in Southern Italy by the ancient Greeks.\par She immediately understood here passion for music and already as a little girl, just 9 years old, she performed life as a singer and saxophone player at piano bar, pubs and open air events. Of course she took part to several musician festivals, but at the age of 18 she decided to stop here carrier on the stage.\par In the meantime she took here high school license as advertiser and photographer at the \ldblquote Istituto Statale d\rquote Arte\rdblquote in Salerno approaching afterwards the painting art and as an autodidact, she focused mainly here attention on portraits.\par Since 2000 she offered most of here time to this art turning it today into here main activity!\par Fernanda took part to several collective and personal exhibitions; here paintings are exposed in Salerno, Naples and Florence. Since 2006 she is actively involved, as co- grounder of TRAARA, an artistic association, in promoting and supporting ART in all its aspects, organising events and exhibitions in order to allow to it access and visibility in historical centres such as Albanella, Nocera Inferiore, Cannicchio, Pioppi, Acciaroli.\par She takes part to the AWARD PREMIO QUARTISSIMO 2009 \endash a national exhibition of contemporary art titled \ldblquote Paesaggi di guerra\rdblquote \ldblquote War landscapes\rdblquote winning the first prize and arranged a personal exhibition at Centro Museale QuARTissimo in the city of Quartu Sant\rquote Elena in Sardinia.
